A seller’s permit is a state license that allows you to sell items at the wholesale or retail level and to issue resale certificates to suppliers.

What is a resale certificate?

The purpose of a resale certificate (also known as a tax exemption certificate) is to allow you to buy goods for you to resell through your business without paying sales or use tax.

What is DocuSign?

DocuSign is the most trusted and widely used electronic signature system. We partnered with them to make onboarding the easiest way possible for our customers.

Why does Headwaters require owner of the cannabis license or the company’s statutory officer/member to sign?

Headwaters makes compliance a priority and this supports our diligence of making sure all parties that sign agreements with us have the legal authority to bind their cannabis company to the agreement.
